3. Product Availability

We strive to ensure that the products listed on our website are available for sale. However, inventory may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion. If a product you have purchased becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or exchange.

4. Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in $US Dollars. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and processed. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees may apply to your order and are calculated at checkout.

5. Legal Compliance

By purchasing from our online store, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including laws regarding firearm ownership, shipping, and possession. You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally allowed to purchase and possess the products ordered.

Note: Firearm purchases must be shipped to a licensed firearms dealer (FFL) for transfer, unless you are in a jurisdiction that allows direct shipping. You must provide the relevant FFL information when making a purchase.

6. Background Checks

Local Purchases: For customers making purchases in person at our store, a background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. We will process the background check on-site as required.

Online Orders: For online orders, a background check will be conducted by the licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) to whom we ship the firearm. It is your responsibility to provide the necessary information for the FFL to complete the background check, and the transfer will only proceed if you pass the required background check. If the background check is not completed or you do not meet the legal requirements to purchase a firearm, the transaction may be canceled.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We only ship to addresses within the Contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the nature of the product. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Firearms: Due to the nature of firearms, all firearm sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on firearms. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

  • The FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) refuses to transfer the firearm to you for any reason, including failure to pass the background check, local legal restrictions, or any other reason that prevents the transfer.
  • The firearm is not legal to own in your jurisdiction.

Ammunition: Due to the nature of Ammunition, all Ammunition sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on Ammunition.

Non-Firearm Products: Certain Non-firearm/ammunition products, such as accessories, may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Restocking Fee: All products eligible for return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately, and we will address the issue.

Defective Products: We cannot accept defective merchandise returns. Defective merchandise is subject to the manufacturer’s specified warranty policy, and the manufacturer should be contacted directly for details.

Background Check Compliance: For online firearm orders, a background check will be conducted by the FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) to whom the firearm is shipped. If you fail to pass the background check or fail to comply with any other requirements at the FFL, no returns will be accepted, and the transaction will be considered void. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all legal requirements to pass the background check at the FFL where the order is shipped. If a firearm purchase is denied by the FFL due to failure to pass the background check or any other reason, no refund will be issued.

Return Shipping Costs: You may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the item being returned. If return shipping is applicable, you will be notified, and the cost will be your responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ICH Firearms LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of any products, including firearms, accessories, or ammunition.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the security of our site.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities or provide false information during the purchase process.
