Cost

  • All items ship with a Flat Rate of $9.95
  • Orders over $750 ship free

Shipping Time

  • Most items will ship within 1-2 business days. Extended processing times may occur during periods of elevated demand.

Shipping Issues

  • If you receive an order that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. In the case of firearms, do not take possession of the item and contact us without delay.
  • If your item appears to be lost in transit after reviewing the tracking information, please contact us immediately so that we may assist in resolving the issue.

How will I receive tracking information?

  • As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.

Returns

Firearms: Due to the nature of firearms, all firearm sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on firearms. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

  • The FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) refuses to transfer the firearm to you for any reason, including failure to pass the background check, local legal restrictions, or any other reason that prevents the transfer.
  • The firearm is not legal to own in your jurisdiction.

Ammunition: Due to the nature of Ammunition, all Ammunition sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on Ammunition.

Non-Firearm Products: Certain Non-firearm/ammunition products, such as accessories, may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Restocking Fee: All products eligible for return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately, and we will address the issue.

Defective Products: We cannot accept defective merchandise returns. Defective merchandise is subject to the manufacturer’s specified warranty policy, and the manufacturer should be contacted directly for details.

Background Check Compliance: For online firearm orders, a background check will be conducted by the FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) to whom the firearm is shipped. If you fail to pass the background check or fail to comply with any other requirements at the FFL, no returns will be accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all legal requirements to pass the background check at the FFL where the order is shipped. If a firearm purchase is denied by the FFL due to failure to pass the background check or any other reason, no refund will be issued.

Return Shipping Costs: You may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the item being returned. If return shipping is applicable, you will be notified, and the cost will be your responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
